Hi, I am Anthony Barlow, an Assistive Technology Trainer for Remtek Systems LTD.

I started at Remtek in 2005 as an inhouse technician, progressed to a setup engineer to help students get started with their new equipment and software, whilst helping our students I became more knowledgeable about the software supplied.

Remtek helped me to become a certified assistive software trainer and sent me on all the necessary courses to understand the software fully and how it will benefit our students based on their learning styles.

I am qualified to train on all of the software provided by Remtek, we are also given updates on the software by the manufacturer when available to go through any new additions and updates.

All our training sessions are unique to each student as no two students are the same. Prior to the session you will receive, an email invitation, a text reminder and a phone call if you require further assistance to get started. During the first session we discuss and ascertain how each software will aid you and the benefits they will have for each section of your studies.

We ensure you are fully confident with each piece before moving forward and go through real situation I.e., lectures and how certain software can help. We book addition sessions around your time table to maximise the usefulness of software, to allow us to see the software in action with your work.

I’ve been a software trainer for the past 12 years now and I am still finding helping customers as enjoyable as I did when I first started. Hearing ‘WOW’ or ‘that’s amazing’ never gets old.
